Log Homes available for your stay.
Although Poco Risco's Lakefront Log Home Vacation Rentals are open 12 months out of the year, it sometimes becomes necessary to close because of weather conditions. Snow and ice will be the two main reasons but we may not be limited to just these situations.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
* There is a minimum $350 reservation/security/cleaning deposit required to reserve a home.
* We will hold your dates for 5 business days from the time you reserve. (please call if there will be a delay)
* This deposit is your reservation deposit up to your arrival time, at arrival it becomes your security/cleaning deposit.
* When departing the property and the home they must be clean! You will receive a "Requests and Suggests" email to assist you in preparing for your arrival and also to help you prepare the home upon departure, please read it.
* As stated above, the deposit is also a cleaning deposit, costs from excessive cleaning after your departure will be deducted from your deposit with the balance if any being returned to the name/address on the Registration.
Cancellation at anytime is an automatic loss of 50% of any and all funds already paid.
* The balance of which is subject to re-renting of the home.
If you stay for your scheduled time, the $350 is fully refundable, subject to condition of property and contents at departure.
Fifty percent (50%) of the "Rental Fee" is due 60 days prior to arrival. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the "Rental Fee" is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are reserving a home less than 30 days before your scheduled stay, both the deposit and half the Rental Fee is due at time of reservation.
