Single night rates based on 8 people - each additional person over 3 years of age= only $20.00/night
Some select homes from June through August require a full week rental of Saturday to Saturday please check with management prior to booking.
A Minimum $350 Reservation/Security/Cleaning Deposit Required
Deposit is due within 5 days of making your reservation. 50% of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival and the balance (remaining 50%) is due 30 days prior to arrival. Special arrangements can be made for last minute reservations - please contact us for details. There is also a $125.00 cleaning fee for the log homes.
